Breathing — it’s happening all the time, it sustains us, effects our energy levels, moods and thoughts.
Pranayama is the yogic science of learning to effect these processes through controlling the breath, and has been integral to yoga for 1,000 years.
I'm offering a two part workshop series starting this Wednesday where we'll learn the Pranayamas taught in the 14th century text the Hatha Pradipika, the most influential source text on modern yoga. No prior experience necessary.
This workshop will empower you with the education, tools and discernment to develop your breathing practice in a profound, life altering way.
I’ll also be introducing techniques backed by modern respiratory science to help you advance your practice.
