In my view, that comes from taking time to connect with the breath, and having a space that allows for stillness after movement, allowing the fog of the mind to clear sufficiently for the inner-wisdom to shine through. We will close class with a long rest (savasana), pranayama (breathing practice) and a brief meditation mostly in silence.
